Story

Let the Art begin

My first inspiration came when I was in Leshan, where I was explaining to a college art class what art means to me - that art was forms, colors and imagination. At that moment, I decided to paint it. Combining forms, colors and imagination Forms - A balanced form with angles, corners and curves working together, just as how Le Corbusier was inspired to create the long chair (the real rest time machine). Colors - A palette of colors, from primary colors on the chair giving life to secondary colors falling down under the chair. Then colors escape from the chair swirling up in the air away from the chair and mixing with each other in a tornado of colors above the chair. Then colors fall down on the right of the canvas, becoming pastel colors, again., pastel colors melt into each other joining together falling away in a waterfall. Imagination - Imagination comes when forms and colors are taken by the brush and placed within the wooden frame. Within is frame exists something from my imagination. Once it is finished the color escapes from the painting and goes over the frame into the next painting to give it life. That's imagination.
